Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Cornbread Mix (DF,EF)

Ingredients
•1 - 20 oz bag GF Cornbread Mix (3-1/2 cups)•1/3 cup melted Butter •2tsp Organ Gluten Free No Egg (Natural Egg Replacer) and 1/4c water•1-1/2 cups Milk (rice, soy, dairy) (I used Almond milk)
Directions
Have all the ingredients at room temperature. Preheat oven to 375°F. Generously grease a 9 x 9-inch gray, nonstick pan. Mix Egg replacer and 1/4c water and set aside. Place entire package of cornbread mix in large mixer bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups milk, egg replacer and 1/3 cup canola oil or melted butter. Mix on low speed with electric mixer until blended. Beat another 30 seconds with mixer on high. Pour into baking pan. Bake 25 minutes or until nicely browned.
