Ingredients
You'll need:1 stick of butter1/2 bag of Chocolate chips1/2 bag of butter scotch chips1 bag of Jet Puffed FunMallows - mini marshmallowsTin Foil.You can use an entire bag of either the chocolate or butterscotch chips, husband just happens to like butterscotch so we tried it and it was good!To make:Melt butter and chips on low heat in a sauce pan.Once butter and chips are creamy, remove from heat. Let cool for 2 minutes.In a mixing bowl empty entire mini marshmallow package, once butter/chip mixture cools for 2 minutes, pour mixture over marshmallows, mix well.Pour ingredients on tin foil and roll into a log.Place log in freezer for a minimum of 30-45 minutes to allow to harden. Remove from freezer and cut into slices - makes approximately 16 slices.
