Ingredients
water, rolled oats, shredded carrots, chopped walnuts, unsweetened coconut, raisins, nonfat cottage cheese, vanilla whey protein powder, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt, stevia sweetener, vanilla extract
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Lightly spray mini loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Scoop contents into muffin wells. Bake for 45-60 minutes dependent on your oven.
