Pork Dijon

Ingredients
16 oz pork tenderloin3 zucchini sliced1 onion sliced2 apples sliced1/2 c non fat sour cm3 tbsp. Dijon mustard3/4 cup cooked basmanti rice
Directions
pray pan with cooking spray saute onion, add pork cook till brown, add zucchini cook till slightly soft, cook rice in rice cooker. Shut off heat, add sour cream, Dijon mustard and serve over rice
