Gabriela's Vegetable Creamy Soup (no cream)

Ingredients
Zucchini, 317 grams Carrots, raw, 115 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 164 grams Garlic, 5 clove Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)Water, tap, 10 cups*Coleslaw Cabbage - Dole Classic, 14 oz*Chicken Bouillon (Knorr)-2 CubesSalt, 1 tsp
Directions
Saute onions, garlic and carrots until golden. Add to pot along with the rest of the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook at medium heat for about 20 - 30 minutes. Puree in blender.
