Ranch Chicken salad with grapes

Ingredients
1 Cup dry Quinoa, cooked1 Can Kirkland Premium canned Chicken breast1 Cup sliced grapes2 stalks of celery, chopped1/2 Cup carrots sliced1/2 Cup Fat Free Mayo1/2 packet dry ranch dressing
Directions
Bring 1 1/4 cup of water to a boil. Add quinoa, turn down to low for 20 min. Let quinoa cool.
Mix all ingredients together, chill, then stuff a wheat salad pocket with approx. 1/3 cup of recipe. Great make ahead recipe for easy lunches for the week.
