Spiced Pumpkin Muffins - Against All Grain

Ingredients
2 cups blanched almond flour3 TB coconut flour1 tsp soda2 tsp cinnamon3/4 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp ginger1/4 tsp cardamom1/4 tsp cloves1/4 tsp sea salt3/4 cup pumpkin puree1/3 cup honey or maple syrup2 lg eggs - room temp2 TB coconut oil - melted1 tsp vanilla1/4 cup dairy free choc chips1/4 cup pecans
Directions
Combine wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine adding pecans and chocolate chips last.

Spoon into sprayed muffin tin. Cook 20-25 min. at 350 degrees until toothpick comes clean.
