Ingredients
onionred anaheim chili peppercarrotszucchiniextra lean ground beefrotini pastaolive oil
Directions
Saute onions, sliced red pepper, carrots and zucchini (diagonally cut) in olive oil.
Saute ground beef (used sparingly in this recipe)
Meanwhile, boil and drain pasta
Toss cooked vegetables and ground beef with pasta.
