Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups cooked spaghetti, whole wheat1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1.5 cups tomato juice1 celery stalksmall onion quarted
Directions
Bring tomato juice to a slight boil and add flour to make a thick paste. Mix it into the boiled spaghetti. (Add onion and celery to the water when cooking the pasta, discard when done).
Once the sauce is mixed well with the pasta, put half into a 9 x 11 baking dish, use half the cheese to cover then top with the rest of the pasta, top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with a tossed green salad.
