corn meal surprise muffins

Ingredients
1¼ cup unbleached flour1 cup corn meal2 ts baking powder1 ts baking soda½ ts salt1 stick unsalted butter¼ cup brown sugar splenda1 large egg1 cup 1% milk½ cup plain yogourtsurprise to put inside: peanut butter, cream cheese or unsweetened jelly or blueberries1 ts in each muffin.
Directions
mix together: flour, corn meal,baking soda, baking powder and salt;
beat butter with splenda, add egg and milk and yogourt...add to dry ingredients, mix until moist...
put half the batter in greased muffin pan and surprise of your choice and cover with remaining batter
cook in a 400F heated oven for 20 minutes.
