Fast n Easy Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients
3 boxes Uncle Ben’s Long Grain & Wild Rice 8 oz Daisy Light Sour Cream 3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted OR 2 can white chuck chicken in water canned
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cooke Rice as directed. While rice is cooking; shred chicken chunks with a fork. Combine rice, chicken and sour cream. Mix well. Put in 9x13 casserole dish and place in oven for 5-10 minutes just until heated. Serve!
