Frozen Mixed Berries (1 Cup)Orange Juice (8 oz)Any type of yogurt. I prefer Greek Yogurt (6 oz)Honey (2 Tbsp) or 1 packet of Splenda1/2 - 1 cup of ice cubesFlax Meal - optional (1 Tbsp)Cinnamon (optional)Nutmeg (optional)
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
I put the smoothie in a fine mesh sieve over a bowl or large measuring cup to drain the blackberry seeds. Makes the smoothie smooth.
