Ingredients
2 cups of carrots2 medium pears1 medium apple1 cup of fresh or frozen green beans0.5 cup of spinach (packed)2 cups water1.5 tbsp of ground almond meal0.25 tsp of cayenne pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender (like a VitaMix). Blend until smooth. Enjoy! Can also be warmed for an awesome soup.
