1 box instant fat free sugar free cheesecake pudding, 1.5 cups hood fat free dairy beverage, 3/4 cup canned pumpkin, and either cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice added to taste (I usually add quite a bit of one of these spices - whichever one I'm in the mood for - when I make this.)
First add one cup milk, then the rest of the ingredients to the blender before adding one more 1/2 cup milk so that the blender can do its just effectively. Blend for a minute or two. Pour the mixture out, let sit for 5 minutes. EAT! ENJOY!
