Chicken Pad Thai (no noodles)

Ingredients
1 lb chicken3T sesame oil3 eggs2Tb white wine vinegar3 cloves garlic4Tb fish sauce8 pk splenda1/8 T crushed red pepper flakes1/4 c crushed peanuts3 green onions1/2 lime juice1 cucumber
Directions
saute garlic and green onions. Add vinegar, fish sauce, splenda, red pepper and lime juice. Bring to a simmer. Add cooked chicken and peanuts and cucumbers. Can add over noodles, but will increase carb count.
