1 cup boiling water1 3-ounce package lemon-flavored gelatin1 cup pineapple juice1 Tbs lemon juice1 cup cabbage, coarsely sliced2 medium carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces.
Blend water and jello in blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until veggies are coarsely chopped. Empty into a bowl. Chill until partially set then pour into six molds or bowls. Six Servings.
