1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.50 tsp Cloves, ground 1 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp Salt 2 tsp Baking Soda 0.25 cup Molasses 2.25 cup Flour, white 4.50 oz Prune Baby food .5 cup Granulated Sugar 24 tsp Trivia Sweetener (by LOMBIE)
In large bowl, combine prunes, sugar, molasses, and egg. Blend well. Mix in spices, salt, and baking soda; mix well. Lightly spoon in flour making sure to mix well. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours for ease in handling dough. Preheat oven to 350 F. Roll dough into small balls (about size of a buckeye), and roll in granulated sugar. Place on cookie sheet about 1" apart. Bake 10-12 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and allow to cool briefly on cookie sheet, and then transfer to a platter. Enjoy!
