Sausage Quiche

3 large eggs1/2 C milk1/2 roll sausage1 C shredded cheese2T flour1 pie crustSalt and pepper to taste.
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Line a pie tin with your crust and pre-bake, lightly covered, for 20-30 minutes.
Cook the sausage, drain.
Add flour to the sausage, turn to coat.
Add sausage to the crust, sprinkle with cheese.
Beat eggs and milk together, pour into the pie tin with crust, sausage, cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serving Size: Serves 4-6, depending upon portion size
