small bottom round swiss steak (about 7 oz.) 4 oz. can of mushrooms (drained) 10.75 oz. can of Campbell's 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup 1 envelope of dry onion soup mix 1/2 cup chopped Vidalia onion 1/2 tsp. dried minced garlic 1 cup water couple cranks of ground black pepper

Cut up the swiss steak into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper. Then place the steak, along with all the other ingredients, into your crock pot. Stir mixture thoroughly. Turn crock pot on high and cook for 4 hours.
