1 can chicken broth3/4 cup basmati rice4 baby shredded carrotsdash of salt1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp chives1 tbsp parsley1 tbsp dried onion
Directions
boil chicken broth. add remaining ingredients. simmer for 30 minutes with pan covered. add more water if necessary.
