Ingredients
2 vine tomatoes5 cherry tomatoes1 roma tomatoes1 shallot2 jalapeno peppers5 cloves of garlic2 cups angel hair pasta.5 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
cube all vegetables and set aside.
make pasta as directed from box.
warm olive oil and put minced garlic in wok.
add all vegetables and simmer.
add pasta to vegetables.
add salt and ajinomoto.
add parmesan cheese.
