Egg Muffins with Turkey Sausage

Ingredients
6 extra large eggs1/2 cup low fat shredded cheese1/4 cup skim milk4 patties Turkey SausageSalt & Pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients by hand, in a blender, or with a stick blender. Pour ingredients into muffin tin (makes 12). Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

    I made this using pork sausage which had equivalant fat/calories for 3 links vs 2 links. I also added portobella mushrooms. I doubled the batch and made 24 mini muffins and 6 large. I'm not sur ehow much it tweaked the fat and calories yet. anywya. my bf loved them and had them for breakfast today! - 6/26/08
