Breakfast Balls (Low-Carb)

Ingredients
1 lb turkey breakfast sausage, ground 1 lb extra lean ground beef (96% lean)2 large eggs2 Tbs dried onion flakes 1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 lb (8 oz) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
1.Mix all the ingredients together until thoroughly blended (it is best to use an electric mixer).
2.Form into about 5 dozen 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet or broiler pan.
3.Bake at 375°F for about 25 minutes.
