Pumpie Pie Spice Latte (spice)

Ingredients
1 part water & 1 part sugar (I did 1 cup)1 Tbsp ground cinnamon1/2 Tbsp ground ginger1 tsp cloves (or allspice)1 tsp ground nutmeg1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
Add the water and sugar to a pot and bring to a simmer, stirring to dissolve sugar.

Add the spices (not the vanilla) and simmer for several minutes. Then cool and strain. Add the vanilla.

Store in a glass bottle, away from sunlight.
