Chicken Piquet

Ingredients
3/4 cup Rose wine1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup soy sauce1 teaspoon ground ginger2 tablespoons packed brown sugar1 tablespoon oreganoboneless skinless chicken breast8 cups white rice
Directions
Cook white rice and set aside. Mix all other ingredients together, bake covered for one hour. Uncover and bake an additional half an hour. Serve over white rice and enjoy!
