4 oz whipped cream cheese3 large eggscinnamonpure vanilla extractSplenda
heat griddle on medium low (3-4 on the dial setting)
butter well
Beat ingredient until frothy
pour batter in center and tip pan around to spread
cook slowly on each side
flip carefully - it will take trial and error for you to know when they're ready to flip. If you use too much cream cheese (4 oz to 3 eggs is a perfect ratio) they'll be creamier and fussier.
Serving Size: Makes approx 8 medium, thin crepes
