Steel Cut Oats 2 cups dryAlmond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla 1 cupEgg Beaters 1/4 cupUnsweetened applesauce 1/2 cupcranberries , whole, unsweetened 1/2 cupcinnamon 1 tblsp.splenda equivalent to 1 cup sugar
1. Soak steel cut oats in almond milk for an hour.
2. Add egg and applesauce to pre-soaked oats.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Mix together wet ingredients and dry ingredients.
4. Bake 350 degrees 35 minutes for 12 muffins.
5. Or bake 350 degreees 25 minutes for 24 mini muffins.
Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins or 24 mini muffins
