Tossed Side Salad

Ingredients
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced (optional)5 cups (8 ounces) organic baby spring mix lettuces and greens4 cups (8 ounces) chopped hearts of romaine1/3 English cucumber with peel, halved and thinly sliced on Mandoline2 large radishes thinly sliced on Mandoline24 grape tomatoes, quartered 1/8 large sweet onion, thinly sliced on Mandoline
Directions
Using a wooden bowl, rub the garlic into the bowl with the back of a teaspoon. Keep or discard as desired.

Toss all remaining ingredients in the bowl.

Serving Size: Makes 2 side salads for dinner or 1 salad base for lunch
