smoked mussells (canned in brine) (55g)Grated white cheddar cheese (1 cup)Sliced Jalapeņo (set according to your love of this pepper)Salitcrax (salted crackers store bought)Layer Mussells, and then Jalapeno's and then the grated cheese in an oven proof dish. Put in the Over on high temperature for about 10 minutes (keep an eye on it)Once cooked, dish onto crackers and enjoy :)
