Ginger-Soy Chicken

Ingredients
2 tbsp canola oil3/4 lb chicken, cubedsalt, pepper to taste2 tsp ginger2 cloves garlic, chopped1/3 cup sliced onions4 tbsp tamari (or soy sauce)2 tbsp honey
Directions
Heat a large nonstick skillet over high heat, add canola oil. Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper, stir-fry for a minute. Add the ginger and garlic,cook for 2 minutes more. Add the onions and stir-fry for another minute. Add the tamari and honey to form a sauce and glaze the chicken.

Serve in lettuce to make a wrap, over shredded lettuce, rice, rice noodles, or orzo pasta.
