80 grams of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder33 grams of Ground Almonds1 cup unsweetened almond milk64g of Coconut Flour2 Whole Eggs2 tbsp molasses5 pieces candied ginger (optional)1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp ginger1/2 tsp allspice
Directions
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix everything in a big bowl
3. Drop batter onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes
