Zesty Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1 Box chicken broth2 cans refried beans1 cup frozen corn4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced1 can tomatoes with diced chilis1 can diced tomatoes1 can pinto beans
Directions
Cook chicken breasts in a non stick pan without salt. Remove and dice into small pieces. Mix everything together in a 6 quart pan and heat thoroughly. Makes 12 servings of 1 1/2 cups each. Serve with quesadillas made with lowfat cheese and whole grain tortillas for a very satisfying lunch.
