1 1/4 cup ground flax seed (flax seed meal)2 tsp baking powder1 tbsp cinnamon1 chopped apple (medium sized)1/2 cup splenda4 eggs, beaten1/4 cup olive oil1/2 cup water
Preheat oven to 350. Mix ry ingredients, then add the rest. Let batter stand 10 minutes then bake for 18 minutes.
