Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
1 - 15 oz can salmon1 - large egg1/4 cup cracker meal1 - small onion grated or chopped1 TBSP all purpose flourSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix drained salmon, egg, cracker meal (or bread crumbs), shopped or grated onion, salt and pepper to taste. Form into 4 patties.

Heat oil in pan on high. Fry the salmon cakes about 4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Drain on paper towel after frying.

Serving Size: Makes 4 - 4 oz cakes
