Pasta with Garlic and Clam Sauce

Ingredients
2 tbl olive oil4 cloves garlic, minced1/2 cup onions, chopped1/2 cup green pepper, chopped1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped2 tbl fresh parsley, chopped2 6.5 oz cans clams, minced1/2 tsp thymecayenne pepper, to tastesalt & pepper to taste4 tbl Parmesan cheese
Directions
Saute' onions, green peppers, and garlic in the olive oil until translucent. Add the mushrooms and continue heating in a covered sauce pan for about 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, including all the liquid from the clams, and heat in a covered sauce pan until hot.
Cook linguine per package instructions
For each serving top 1 cup of linguine with about 1/4 of the sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese
