Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
22 lg button mushrooms30 Breton cracker chips1 T chopped onion1 bell pepper, finely chopped1 oz monterey jack cheese1 cn baby shrimp
Directions
Remove stems from mushrooms. Set aside.
Lightly spray cookie sheet and arrange mushroooms, stem side up.
Blend or finely chop mushroom stems, cracker crumbs, onion , pepper and shrimp.
Generously stuff cavities of mushrooms. Top with a small amount of jack cheese.
Bake in 375 oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
