3 egg whites1/4 cup egg substitute1/4 tsp cream of tartardash salt2 drops liquid sucralose
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until light and fluffy.
Blend cream cheese and egg substitute together. Add sucralose and salt. Fold into egg whites.
Make 6 servings on baking sheet and back for 35 minutes. Use as a carb free bun for burgers, etc.
Serving Size: Makes 6 rolls.
