Scalloped Corn

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 largeMilk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cupGranulated Sugar, 3 tsp - optionalSalt, .25 tspPepper, black, .25 tsp Cooked Onion, .20 cup *Creamed Corn, 2 cup Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 1 cup, crushed Bacon, pork, microwaved, 10 medium slices, cooked - optional
Directions
Wisk milk and eggs together then add remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly buttered crock pot dish (I use PAM). Cover and cook on High for 2 1/2 hours or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
