Pizza lean ham pineapple

Ingredients
1 loaf of Rhodes white bread frozenSAUCE:2 6 OZ cans tomato paste1 can of crushed tomatoes1tsp basil1/2 tsp red pepper1/2 tsp garlic1 tabspn Italian seasoning1 cup diced ham 10 oz mozarella cheese1/2 cup crushed pineapple or chunks
Directions
put loaf of frozen bread on a sprayed pizza pan. cover with a bread cloth after sparying top of bread. Let it rest there for about 4 hours or check when thawed and risen punch down and spread out in pan. I bake the crust for abotu 5 minutes to make sure it gets done. while crust is cooking mix all the ingredents together for sauce. I like to heat and simmer it for just a bit to get the flavors blended. Then spread it on the crust. Add any topping you like ( the ham and pineapple then the cheese. When I have them I add mushrooms or what ever I may have. Then put it in a 400 degree oven and let it bake for about 20 minutes or so until it is done.
