5 raw almonds1 small apple1 medium banana3/4 cup vanilla flavored yogurt (all natural)1/2 cup skim milk1/4 tsp cinnamondash nutmeg
Directions
add all ingredients to a blender (may need to cut apple into smaller pieces) and blend for 30 seconds
