Chocolate chip Pancake - sugar free (banana or vanilla flavoring optional)

Ingredients
1 cup dry Hungry Jack Complete Pancake mix5 TBSPS Toll House Semi Sweek Choc Chip Mini Morsels1 tsp vanilla or banana extract (your preference)SteviaNon-stick cooking spray
Directions
Place frying pan on medium high heat.
Mix according to box instructions. add in 5 tablespoons of mini chips & extract of your choice. Add 5 or less packets of Truvia or Splenda depending on your sweet tooth. Spray pan with Pam. Pour in pancake batter to create a 4 inch circle. Flip the pancake over after you see several bubbles across the pancake and slighly brown around the bottom edge of the pancake. Finish cooking and serve.
