Ingredients
½ cup chilled unsweetened brewed green tea1/3 cup chilled carrot juice¾ cup chopped cooked beets½ cup frozen or fresh chopped kale2 oranges, cut into segments
Directions
Combine ½ cup chilled unsweetened brewed green tea,1/3 cup chilled carrot juice, ¾ cup chopped cooked beets, ½ cup frozen or fresh chopped kale, & 2 oranges, cut into segments(membranes removed) in high-power blender & puree until smooth. (Makes about 2 cups.) Divide between 2 glasses.
