Scalloped potatoes, ham and vegetables

6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced1 large onion, chopped1 cup broccoli, chopped1 cup zucchini, sliced1 cup cauliflower, chopped2 teaspoons diced garlic2 cups diced ham1 cup milk1 cup cream cheese, fat free1 cup ricottasalt and pepper to taste
Peel and slice potatoes and layer in bottom of large casserole dish with non-stick spray in it.
Layer on tip of this the diced ham and chopped onion. On top of this layer the sliced zucchini, chopped cauliflower and broccoli. In a medium saucepan heat over medium heat; milk cream cheese and ricotta. At this time I add some salt and pepper and 2 teaspoons of diced garlic.
Once this is heated through and a smooth consistency pour on top of main mixture in casserole dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake in 450 degree oven for 1 hour.
