Nutella Energy Bites (Almonds)

1.5 Cups Old Fashion Oats0.66 Cup Nutella0.5 Cup Coconut0.5 Cup Honey0.5 Cup Roasted Almonds2 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed1 Tbsp Chia Seeds2 Tsp Vanilla Extract0.5 Tsp Salt
1) Combine all ingredients in food processor.
2) Cover and Place in refridgerator for 30-60 minutes
3) Remove from fridge and shape into balls. (I use a cookie dough scoop) Place on wax paper lined cookie sheet.
4) Enjoy!
5) Refrigerate remaining balls on cookie sheet for 30-60 minutes, then you may convert to airtight storeage container.
