Cathy's Mini Sausage Cheese Balls

Ingredients
3 Cups Bisquick NOT sifted1-16oz package Jimmy Dean Regular Pork Sausage2-8oz packages Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Cook Sausage, drain and combine with shredded cheese and bisquick. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or grease mini muffin pan with Butter Flavored Cooking Spray. Place 1 TBSP of mixture rolled in ball form or placed in mini muffin pan. Cook either way for 8-10 minutes or until the bottoms become brown on the parchment lined cookie sheet. Cooking time in a dark mini muffin pan is 10 minutes. Remove and cool on rack. Refrigerate cooked balls/mini muffins between uses. Warm several at a time for less than 15 seconds if desired.
