1-1/3 cups water (320mL)4-1/4 cups bread flour (544g)4 Tbsp. sugar (46g)2 Tbsp. dry milk (8g)2 tsp. salt (11.2g)2-1/2 Tbsp. butter (35g)2 tsp. active dry yeast (5.6g)
Put all ingredients into bread machine and press start. Be back in 3 hrs to remove the loaf and enjoy
