4 slices bread (white, wheat, sourdough)1 lb Pork sausage (hot or mild)1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese6 Large Eggs2 Cups Milk1 tsp Yellow Mustard1 tsp SaltPepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease a 9X13 dish
Brown sausage and drain
Tear up bread and place in greased dish.
Add cooked sausage
Sprinkle with cheese
Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper and pour into dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes
slice into 10 portions.
