Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving..., 0.5 cupSilk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, .75 cup Cinnamon, ground, .5 tspCranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.25 cupHoney, .33 tbsp *Ginger Gold Apple (1 apple), (cubed)Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz)
In a pot, add quinoa, almond milk, and water. Bring to boil, then add cinnamon, cranberries, honey, and half of the cubed apple. Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until almost all of the liquid is absorbed. Divide into bowls, top with remaining apples. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon to taste.
