Ingredients
4 Tbs butter1 onion -medium - chopped4 pounds of Sauerkraut - wash and let drip dry. For less (Wash more for less sour.)1 small can of unsweetened Apple sauce1 Tbs caraway seeds1/4 -1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup wine (if Sauerkraut appears too dry add water)
Directions
4 Tbs butter -- place on bottom of slow coocker
1 onion -medium - chopped -- spread over bottom

Apple sauce
caraway seeds
top with brown sugar and wine
