slow cooked pork with fruit & veggies

Ingredients
2 lbs. lean pork loin1/2 lb baby carrots2 large potatoes1 onion cut into wedges3 garlic cloves1-2 tsp black pepper1 tsp salt2 cans of V81/2 c sweet wine4 T of brown sugar1/2 cup flour
Directions
Place pork (dust with 1/4 c flour)
Add carrots, potatoes, garlic,pepper & salt and
2 T brown sugar
In medium bowl combine V8, 2 T brown sugar, onion soup mix and 1/2 cup wine
Pour over meat and veggies
Cover and cook on High 4 hours
or 6 hours on Low


Serving Size: makes 6 slices and1/2 cup sauce and veggies
